**Job Overview**

Gateway Health is a community-based health service that provides various services to individuals, families, and communities in North East Victoria and parts of Southern New South Wales.

We are currently seeking an experienced Counselling Team Leader to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our Intake Team, you will oversee the intake, onboarding, and ongoing support of clients, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience throughout their journey with Gateway Health.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering best-practice care. You will lead a dedicated team in developing processes that are efficient, compassionate, and aligned with Gateway Health's values.

This role is ideal for a skilled professional who is passionate about fostering a client-centered approach and making a meaningful impact within a collaborative and dynamic health organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversight of the intake process, including coordination and management of client onboarding
  • Leadership of the Intake Team to deliver best-practice care and achieve program outcomes
  • Development and implementation of processes that promote efficiency, compassion, and alignment with Gateway Health's values
  • Collaboration with other teams to enhance client experience and program outcomes

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in client management and leadership roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organizational skills, ability to set objectives and meet deadlines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in work
  • Excellent time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively

**Benefits**
