About the Role:

We're seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier technical support across all business channels for our entire product portfolio.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers have access to accurate and timely information about our products, and that any issues or concerns are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume inbound phone calls within agreed SLA's
  • Provide technical assistance to consumers, customers, and internal staff, adeptly troubleshooting issues and offering practical solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a genuine care and empathy for the customer, ability to provide clear, accurate and concise information, and be a true brand and product ambassador.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A background in consumer electronics, garage door industry, or a related field, demonstrating extensive knowledge of door and opener components, installation, and operation
  • Prior experience in similar capacities, including field installation, service, or technical sales
  • Strong customer focus, teamwork skills, and proficiency in digital tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
