About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring consistency in service delivery, sales execution, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily store operations to ensure seamless service delivery, sales execution, and a positive customer experience.
  • Oversee inventory control, including stock movement across stores, to ensure optimal product availability for mobility aids.
  • Lead a team of sales consultants, providing guidance on sales techniques, performance reviews, and ongoing training to drive sales growth and service excellence.
  • Address escalated customer complaints and warranty-related concerns, focusing on prompt resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on store-level budgeting, sales forecasting, and KPI monitoring to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety policies and operational procedures across all retail locations.
