Key Job Responsibilities:

This is a part-time role working 32 hours per week, providing dual services as a Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach. You will collaborate with teams to connect individuals with necessary supports and services.

  • Provide services as both a Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach
  • Support individuals with psychosocial disabilities to live full and meaningful lives
  • Assist customers in managing daily challenges and taking control of their lives
  • Manage your work efficiently, meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor progress and take corrective actions when needed
  • Support employees with project implementation and key tasks
  • Authorize expenditure within your delegated financial authority, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines
Essential Role Requirements:

Qualified candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in peer work or mental health (minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or equivalent)
  • At least two years of experience in mental health-related work
  • Current police check, NSW Working with Children Check, NDIS worker screening check
  • Valid NSW Driver's C class license, with the ability to drive large vehicles
