About the Role:
  • Supporting the Guest Services team to provide an exceptional experience for guests and residents.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operational aspects of property management, ensuring properties are well-maintained and guest-ready.
  • Coordinating bookings, check-ins, and check-outs to maintain seamless operations.
  • Liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure high standards are upheld.
  • Assisting in property inspections, compliance checks, and reporting maintenance requirements.
  • Managing inquiries, providing prompt and professional service.
  • Ensuring all operations align with luxury service standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property management, guest services, or a hospitality-related role.
  • A strong understanding of property operations, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, residents, and service providers.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering premium guest experiences.
  • A current QLD Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is highly desirable.
