About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their personal care needs, including activities of daily living. You will work under the direction of Registered Nurses and Senior Management to ensure the highest level of care is provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as eating, drinking, and toileting
  • Ensure accurate and concise documentation in care planning
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide high-quality care
What We Offer
  • $31.24 – $33.14 base per hour (depending on experience level and qualification) + penalties + 11.5% Super

Requirements
