At BaptistCare, we're seeking an experienced Counsellor/Group Specialist to join our team in Campbelltown. This is a two-year fixed-term part-time role with the possibility of extension.

The successful applicant will provide counselling and support services to individuals, couples, children, and families through collaborative practices that are trauma-informed, human rights-based, inclusive, and evidence-based.

This rewarding role involves working with clients from diverse backgrounds to overcome difficulties, build resilience, and enhance their quality of life and relationships. You'll be skilled in working with families experiencing domestic violence, with a willingness to work with people who have experienced or perpetrate violence.

We're looking for someone with tertiary qualifications in relevant human services, clinical membership of a professional body, and demonstrated experience in counselling and group work. Previous experience in providing counselling in an agency setting and working with those experiencing domestic violence is highly desirable.
