Ultrasound Specialist

Role: Diagnostic ultrasound technologists perform a variety of imaging exams to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions.

We are seeking skilled diagnostic ultrasound technologists to join our team. As an ultrasound technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound exams according to physician orders using high-frequency sound waves to create images of the inside of the body.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing diagnostic ultrasound exams on patients according to physician orders.">
• Operating various types of imaging equipment including Doppler/duplex devices.">
• Maintaining accurate records of patient exams and diagnoses.">

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.">
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.">
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.">
• Knowledge of sterile procedures and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.">
• Current ARDMS certification in ultrasound or willingness to obtain within 24 months of employment.">
• Registered Vascular Tech certification within 1 year of employment.">
