Clinical Health Specialist

We are seeking an experienced medical professional to provide high-quality health assessments for visa applicants. As a Clinical Health Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough examinations and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed physical assessments, including identity checks, blood pressure, height, weight, body mass index, vision testing, urinalysis, and venepuncture
  • Facilitate smooth customer flow through the medical assessment process to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain adherence to clinical governance and associated policies and procedures
  • Audit and document results accurately in electronic health records
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field (mandatory)
  • Phlebotomy experience essential (minimum 2 years)
  • Venepuncture skills required
  • Experience working with diverse client groups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
