We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Aged Care.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of High-Quality Clinical Care: Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor our Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with our multidisciplinary team, including doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff, to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices that enhance resident care and satisfaction.
About You:
- You are a registered nurse with current registration with AHPRA and a minimum of 12 months experience in aged care.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
- You are passionate about delivering person-centered care and committed to your professional growth and development.
