Job Description

This is a fixed-term full-time position available, with the opportunity to work as a member of our Surgical Services team. The role involves a mix of four key objectives:

  • Undertaking approved Orthopaedic surgical in-patient and out-patient services
  • Participating in consultant after-hours rosters
  • Providing leadership and mentoring for junior staff, including surgical RMOs and registrars
  • Assisting with quality improvement, audit, and service improvement within Surgical Services

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must hold specialist registration or be on the specialist pathway as a registered Medical Practitioner who is an International Medical Graduate (IMG). You should also have a recognised overseas specialist qualification and sufficient experience in the speciality.
