Job Opportunity: Team Administrator Eastern Suburbs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Administrator to join our team in the Eastern suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be an integral part of our organization, assisting our principals, partners, and administration team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. They will also have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing client correspondence, supporting the accounting team, collating financial statements and tax returns, and preparing letters associated with these. You will also assist with debtors, prepare invoices/billing, and handle incoming mail and other administrative tasks.
