Sustainability and Environment Role

We are seeking a professional to lead our environmental initiatives and shape our sustainability strategy.

This role will see you:

  • Support the implementation of our environment and sustainability strategy.
  • Identify, maintain and control environmental risks within our register.
  • Administer external and internal environmental reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate safety and sustainability events in our database.
  • Collaborate with business units to support sustainability initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of procedures and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing support to the Principal Sustainability Specialist.
  • Ensuring environmental risks are identified and controlled.
  • Administering environmental reporting requirements.
  • Coordinating safety and sustainability events.
  • Collaborating with business units.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sustainability or environmental roles.
  • Strong understanding of ISO management systems.
  • Working knowledge of NGERs and NPI reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in compliance auditing, data analysis and report writing.
  • A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
