Job Title:

A field service technician is responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing mobile plant equipment on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commissioning and training of mobile plant machinery
  • Diagnose machine issues or customer complaints and assist in finding solutions
  • Communicate with the office coordination team to ensure effective planning and delivery of the service schedule
  • Conduct regular machine inspections
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge and experience of repairing/servicing mobile plant equipment
  • NVQ 3 in Mechanical Engineering/Plant Maintenance or equivalent
  • Proven experience within a Service Technician/Light Vehicle Mechanic role for minimum 2 years
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Basic computer skills
