Job Title: Night Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Night Manager to join our team at Mercure Sydney Blacktown. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel's overnight operation, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient guest services, including check-in/check-out, request handling, and providing hotel information
  • Settle and maintain guest accounts, ensuring accurate cashiering
  • Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
  • Maintain the hotel's standard of professionalism
  • Assist the Front Office Manager and General Manager in various check and balance procedures
  • Prepare and deliver food from the all-day dining menu and cafe as required

Requirements:

  • Guest-obsessed focus with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate through change and provide quick-thinking solutions
  • Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera
