European Transfer Pricing Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of European Transfer Pricing Manager.
- This position involves managing transfer pricing projects, including documentation, functional analysis, benchmarking studies, and TP planning strategies.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in transfer pricing from public accounting firms, specialist TP consultancies, law firms, or in-house MNC tax departments.
- Transfer pricing expertise, with a focus on OECD Guidelines and BEPS Action Plans.
- Familiarity with CbCR, master/local file compliance, and intercompany pricing methodologies.
- Experience with dispute resolution, such as APA, MAP, audit defense.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in TP software tools, such as TP Catalyst, OneSource, Orbitax.
- Advanced degree in Tax, Economics, Finance, or LL.M in Taxation.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing junior professionals and leading client-facing engagements.
- A global mindset and strong communication skills to work across jurisdictions and functions.
