About the Role: The Clinical Operations Manager provides leadership and coordination for the VU Psychology Clinic. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day clinic operations, planning, and strategy
- Organizing and assessing suitability of clinic intake referrals for individual and group programs
- Arranging and overseeing clinical supervision of students and undertaking supervision as required
- Liaising with external organizations to promote clinic services
About the Person: We seek a registered psychologist with considerable practice experience, preferably endorsed in an area of psychology such as clinical, health, community, or counseling psychology. The ideal candidate will have leadership capability, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the student clinic environment, including planning, strategy, and evaluation
- Organizing and assessing suitability of clinic intake referrals
- Arranging and overseeing clinical supervision of students
- Liaising with external organizations to promote clinic services
