Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to lead our development and infrastructure projects from feasibility through to construction and handover.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage in the end-to-end delivery of development and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and within-budget outcomes.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including scopes, schedules, budgets, risk registers, procurement plans, and tender submissions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, councils, government authorities, consultants, and contractors.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs (engineering, planning, surveying, environmental) to ensure integrated and timely project outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in engineering, construction, or property development.
  • Strong project management expertise, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical, planning, and regulatory information effectively.
  • Financial and commercial acumen, with an understanding of project profitability, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and client presentations.
  • Self-motivation, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
