Genesis Fitness Club in Coffs Harbour is seeking a dedicated Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates classes to our diverse member base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging class programs, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver dynamic Reformer Pilates classes that cater to various ages, abilities, and fitness levels
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and feedback from participants
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure seamless delivery of group fitness programs
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in Reformer Pilates instruction

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Fitness and Certificate in Reformer Pilates
  • Current fitness registration and Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
  • Previous industry experience is highly regarded but not essential
