Cranbrook Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bella Vista Gardens, a premier aged care residence in the Sydney Hills District.
This is a part-time opportunity that includes Night Duty shifts, offering a unique chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide safe and effective personal and clinical care to residents, meeting their individual needs and optimizing their health and wellbeing.
- Lead and Manage a Team: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of personal carers to deliver exceptional care to residents, building capability as required and overseeing performance to ensure the team is delivering results safely, efficiently, and effectively.
- Comply with Regulations: Develop and maintain expert knowledge and understanding of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019, including residents' rights and accreditation requirements.
- Registration and Experience: Current registration with the NSW Registration Board and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Qualifications and Skills: First Aid and CPR qualification, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under limited supervision.
