About The Role
We are seeking a Child Development Specialist to deliver interventions to NDIS participants (children aged 0-8) and their families in the Shepparton area. This is a full-time or part-time position (4 days per week), requiring availability and commitment to support before/after school appointments.
Your Everyday
- As a Child Development Specialist at Everyday Independence, you will work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds and community centres.
- You will conduct assessments and communicate with families, kinder teachers, and other professionals to support children's development.
- You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised plans that promote positive change for children with disabilities.
- You will document and bill for each session through our online participant management system.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary Package: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance and loyalty bonuses.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for individuals who share our values and can seamlessly integrate into our dynamic environment. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification and registration (e.g. Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist, Educator).
- Minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families.
- Demonstrated experience working with children with disability.
- A positive and flexible approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and be a team player.
