Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Blackmans Bay. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters children's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a sense of community and belonging
- Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
