Investment Finance Partner - Senior Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Investment Finance Partner to join our team at Rest. As a key member of our finance team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our investment activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior stakeholders in the Investment Division to deliver high-quality financial analysis and insights.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions.
  • Lead financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and process improvements.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to stakeholders on financial performance improvement and budget management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • CA or CPA qualified or tertiary finance qualifications or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in financial services or Superannuation Fund, with a strong focus on investments.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience in building and maintaining complex financial models.
  • Strong business partnering experience across multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Superannuation and Financial Services Industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
