As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales results for your business. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Creating a sales-driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support.
  • Ensuring all KPIs are met with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Analysis of sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products.
  • Recruitment, performance and career development of your team of up to 30.
  • Stock feedback and inventory management.

We are looking for an experienced strategically minded Retail Sales Manager who has proven sales results and a passion for leading and building high-performing teams. Additionally, you will possess:

  • The ability to lead, coach and develop a large sales team
  • A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom-line profits
  • The ability to follow and achieve wage budget in line with sales
  • Passion for the surf lifestyle and providing an exceptional customer experience
  • High-level communication skills and an ability to build relationships
  • Strong business acumen
