  • Proven expertise in visual merchandising within the furniture and homewares industry is a plus.
  • A flair for design, an eye for detail, and the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality are crucial.
  • A flexible, collaborative approach and a passion for exceeding expectations are necessary.
  • Physical readiness, including comfort working at heights, independently moving and assembling furniture, and lifting items up to 20kg safely, is required.
  • A solid understanding of visual merchandising principles and how to use fixtures effectively is essential.
  • Self-motivation, the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines without constant supervision, is critical.
