**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Job Coach in Launceston and Surrounding Suburbs. The successful candidate will have great opportunity for career progression within the team.

As a Job Coach, you will guide our clients towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for sustainable employment.

You will be at the forefront of our services, working one-on-one with clients to provide tailored support for a successful career.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Encouraging and motivating participants to find their own employment;

- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities;

- Reverse marketing clients to employers;

- Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes;

- Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded and adheres to compliance requirements; and

- Providing exceptional service at every stage of the process.

**Requirements**

- Experience in customer-facing roles, minimum one year's experience;

- Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;

- Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;

- Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in lasting employment;

- An overall desire to make a difference in people's lives and be part of a supportive team; and

- Hold a current Driver's Licence.
