Are you a skilled professional with expertise in SAP FI/CO modules? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional support and ensuring seamless integration with HR and CO systems?

\Job Description:\

We are seeking an experienced SAP-FICO Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Provide technical support for SAP FI/CO modules, including configuration, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.\
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with HR and CO systems.\
  • Maintain a strong understanding of finance operations in the insurance industry.\
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our finance operations.\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.\
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.\
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FI/CO modules.\
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.\
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals for new initiatives.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP FI/CO.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of services.\
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of our services.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.\
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure their growth and development.\
  • Act as a subject matter expert for SAP FI/CO modules and provide guidance and support to team members.\
  • Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to ensure that knowledge is shared across the team.\
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our finance operations.\
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.\
  • Perform root cause analysis and develop recommendations to improve processes and procedures.\
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.\
  • Develop and maintain documentation and policies related to SAP FI/CO modules.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP FI/CO.\
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.\
