We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic individual to gain a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician while working at our dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing plant in Penrith.

This is a day shift position that offers on-the-job training, guidance, and mentoring from maintenance leaders and experienced electricians, as well as theory support and flexibility to attend TAFE one day a week. You'll receive a base wage, allowances, potential overtime, all tools and equipment, uniforms, and the skills and experience to become trade qualified.

  • Key responsibilities include proactively following apprenticeship training agreements with a strong emphasis on learning, becoming actively involved in the electrical department, assisting electricians with tasks such as installations, breakdowns, and maintenance, and trouble shooting.
  • Strive to acquire the skills necessary to work autonomously and perform other duties and projects as assigned.

We're looking for someone who is committed to completing their apprenticeship and commencing employment in January 2025. You'll need a strong mathematical aptitude, good eye and hand coordination, and strong communication skills.
