About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse with experience in acute surgical care to take on a challenging role in our dynamic team. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes, and collaborating effectively with colleagues, patients, and carers.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating competent clinical skills aligned with the Registered Nurse Standards of Practice.
- Clinical Decision Making: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, utilizing strong abilities in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, patients, and carers in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Leadership: Delegate and supervise Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) according to their scope of practice.
