System Engineer and Process Transformation Lead

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our System Support and Process Engineering team.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team through the lifecycle from initial design to implementation and ongoing support of systems.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering enhancements to business systems that directly support the administration of taxation schemes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including system business users, developers, and management to ensure solutions are practical and effective.
- Lead a small team engaged in information technology systems support and research and design of enhancements to systems and processes.
- Develop and implement strategic solutions to complex challenges.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive effective outcomes.
This role requires strong project delivery, analytical, and communication skills as well as the ability to navigate complex challenges and develop practical solutions.
