Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled engineer to lead our control systems team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work on challenging projects and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing process automation solutions, as well as strong leadership skills. They will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of industrial control system standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects. You will also be responsible for providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop process automation solutions
  • Develop PLC and advanced process control (APC) applications, HMI, and SCADA systems
  • Oversee the development and implementation of industrial control system standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in control system engineering, preferably in bulk material handling or mineral processing industries
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities
  • Extensive knowledge of industrial process control design, network architecture, and MES/ERP integrations
