- Provide direct care to a varied patient population, including those in Acute, Day Surgery, and Endoscopy units.
- Support and direct less senior Registered Nurses, Enrolled, and Student Nurses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies.
