About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Student Ambassador for Red Bull. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for promoting our products and values among students and young adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Ambassadorship
    • Develop and maintain relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull is available and visible on campus.
    • Collaborate with our sales teams to open new distribution points for Red Bull and leverage relevant assets from the world of Red Bull.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Grow our user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through sampling consumers and bringing the brand to life amongst students.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase Red Bull's presence on campus.
  • Executional Excellence
    • Show love for the details in all areas of your role to deliver executional excellence.
    • Share ideas and collaborate with the team both face-to-face and online.
    • Report in a timely manner and provide local insights, trends, and opportunities to the wider Red Bull business.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Highly approachable and able to build relationships with students and young adults.
    • Living their best student life and able to manage part-time work and studies with flexibility of evenings and weekends.
    • Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.
    • Able to learn and apply new skills, especially marketing, negotiation, and sales.
    • Naturally organized, with high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team.
    • A valid and full driver's license is required.
    • Proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Additional Requirements
    • Currently enrolled at the University of Melbourne with 18 months left of your degree.
    • Willing to provide evidence of your qualifications to work in Australia.
