Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging classes to all students
- Ensure students meet their course progress and attendance requirements
- Assist in facilitating work placement opportunities for students
- Mark assessments in accordance with our policies and procedures
- Provide a friendly, student-centric environment
You are a natural people person who finds the experience of helping others fulfilling. You display a positive energy, a can-do attitude, and take pride in ensuring your work is completed on time and to a high standard. You will be a highly organized and proactive individual who can communicate professionally and respectfully to students from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements- Hold current qualifications in the relevant discipline
- Hold the current TAE 40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Have recent industry experience in the relevant sector, such as RNs in aged care
- Be able to demonstrate ongoing professional development in the chosen sector
- Hold a current Working with Childrens and Police Check
- Have previous experience in a similar role in the international education sector
- Demonstrate knowledge of the CRICOS requirements, National Code, and the ESOS Act
