You will work closely with colleagues across Australia and globally, bringing world-class capabilities to every customer interaction. Your engineering expertise will be essential in delivering support and solutions that help customers improve safety, efficiency, and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Tech Support: Showcase the value and benefits of products and services to mining customers, providing technical support and product demonstrations to enhance productivity, safety, and cost-efficiency.
  • Data Insights: Collect and analyze data related to product performance, using insights to provide actionable recommendations to clients and help them optimize their operations.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders in a mine site, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mining customers, generating new leads and selling all portfolio of products and services.
  • Account Management: Assess potential, collect purchase orders, and ensure delivery according to contract, meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.
  • Coordination and Planning: Coordinate with other functions and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, planning and executing activities that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market analysis, preparing regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mining, or related field preferred).
  • Experience in client service and/or sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills to share information, resolve conflicts, and build relationships.
  • Analytical skills to understand data, write reports, and make recommendations.
  • Respect for people and a culture of empathy and support.
  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to travel based on business requirements.
  • Licensed to work in Australia (New Zealand applicants considered).
