About the Role
  • Manage store sales and KPI targets, taking ownership of individual performance and using available resources to meet or exceed them.
  • Execute brand customer service standards, providing exceptional experiences for customers.
  • Maintain established visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and efficiently, replenishing fixtures to showcase our entire product offer.
Key Requirements
  • Able to work 20 hours minimum per week over Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • Possess strong communication skills, empathy, and inclusivity.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach.
