Relief Education Professional

We are seeking a skilled Relief Education Professional to join our vibrant educational community. As a dynamic and experienced educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.

The successful applicant will have a strong passion for education, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs and abilities.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote academic excellence and student growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum-aligned programs.

Requirements:

  • VIT-approved teaching qualification relevant to the subject area and/or Year levels.
  • Demonstrated educational teaching experience within the relevant subject area and/or Year levels.
  • Experience and knowledge of individual academic learning programmes for students with diverse abilities and needs.
  • Ability to demonstrate and authentically promote our school's values.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to display compassion.
  • A proven ability to work effectively, constructively, and collaboratively within a team.
