">The Role">

The Business Solutions Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving JD Sports' strategic retail evolution, working at the heart of projects that shape how we operate, grow, and deliver for our customers.

You will translate business needs into clear, actionable insights, map out current and future state processes, assess change impacts, and ensure each solution aligns with our goals.

">Your Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for various JD Sports Strategic projects">
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit detailed information regarding project objectives and deliverables">
  • Identify common issues as problems and deliver solutions that will address root cause">
  • Document requirements, test cases and user documents">
  • Support project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets">
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies">
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements">

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Technology, Finance, or a related field">
  • You possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)">
  • You have exposure to enterprise retail systems (e.g., Ecommerce, POS, ERP)">
