We are seeking a recent graduate from an Australian University who is of Australian Aboriginal descent to join our team as an Aboriginal Graduate Project Officer. Job DescriptionThis fixed-term contract is a two-year opportunity to work full-time with us. You will have the chance to participate in placement rotations across different areas of the University, developing your skills and exploring various aspects of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working in a dynamic environment where you will be supported by personal and professional mentors
- Participating in dedicated induction, training, and development opportunities
- Gaining experience through six- to twelve-month rotations across different departments
You will be rewarded with a competitive starting salary of $73,386 per annum, plus 17% superannuation contributions. Additionally, you can look forward to flexible working conditions, employee assistance programs, and various leave arrangements.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be of Australian Aboriginal descent
- Identify as an Australian Aboriginal Person
- Provide evidence to support your eligibility
- Have completed your university studies from an Australian University within the past three years or be in the final year of your degree
