Job Title: System Planning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled System Planning Engineer to join our Network Planning team.

This is a critical role in supporting the design, analysis, and development of high voltage transmission systems that power millions of Australians.

  • Support Senior and Principal Engineers with network modelling, analysis, and forecasting.
  • Deliver clear technical reports, recommendations, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Streamline power system analysis processes and assess new technologies.
  • Collaborate with industry partners including AEMO, DNSPs, generators, and regulators.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Experience in transmission system planning or power systems analysis.
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the National Electricity Market and HV network operations.
