Job Description

We're seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cloud-based streaming solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and deploying cloud microservices and REST APIs that serve as the backbone to our SaaS platform.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in designing, developing, and deploying commercial, scalable, and secure web services programmed in C#/.NET. You should also have a good understanding of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.

The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.

Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to advance technical excellence within the team, mentor junior engineers, and lead development efforts.

Responsibilities

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, building, and deploying cloud microservices and REST APIs
  • Ensuring observability and resilience of deliverables to production
  • Driving incident response efforts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

You'll also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from cloud infrastructure to application development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable field
  • 8+ years professional software development experience
  • Professional experience designing, developing, and deploying commercial, scalable, and secure web services programmed in C#/.NET
  • Professional experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaborative skills
