Turner & Townsend is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in the hi-tech/data centres environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction works on-site, managing stakeholders, schedule, risk, safety, quality, communications, and other project aspects.
  • Support lead project managers in other project deliverables.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develop and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Manage project design, timelines, risks, and reporting.
  • Manage project budgets and advise on cost-saving measures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of project management experience in construction or a related field.
  • Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Chartered status or on path to achieving it.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience in design, management, or construction within the general construction environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
