We are seeking a dedicated Store Assistant Manager to join our team at Green Hills.

About the Role
  • This is a key leadership position that supports the Store Manager in coaching, developing and mentoring the store team for exceptional customer service and outstanding sales performance.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve business objectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others to drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of store employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and increase sales.
  3. Collaborate with the Store Manager to set business objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
  4. Motivate and develop team members through coaching, training and performance management.
  5. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • Proven ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
