Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement high-performance storage solutions using distributed systems fundamentals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy new features
- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance
- Contribute to the development of our storage platform's operational excellence
- Minimum 5 years of experience in programming, debugging, and performance tuning of distributed and/or highly concurrent software systems
- Strong systems fundamentals, including multi-threaded programming and performance profiling
- Experience with distributed systems and storage technologies
- Familiarity with database internals or experience building core components for data processing systems
- Hands-on experience in developing performance-sensitive software
- Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills, with a strong desire to collaborate with colleagues
