The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of enrichment programs that address the diverse learning needs of Xavier students.

About the Role:

  • Reports to the Director of Learning and Growth
  • Key responsibility for implementing enrichment programs addressing diverse learning needs
  • Liaises with curriculum and pastoral teams for effective student support
  • Exceptional knowledge and understanding of critical learning elements
  • Inclusive of full spectrum learners, focusing on those at lower and upper edges of learning functioning

The Head of Diverse Learning (7-12) will collaborate with all learning leaders to maintain an aspirational, positive, and relational culture across students and staff. This pivotal position provides an important intersection between learning, individual care, and holistic educational programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications specific to Diverse Learning
  • Demonstrable experience, skills, and capacity in Diverse Learning
  • Commitment to educating children in Catholic Faith and Identity in a Jesuit school
  • Ability to act with and foster collaboration and effective teamwork
  • Exceptional organisational, administrative, and operational skills
