This is a hands-on role owning day-to-day digital execution across B2B and B2C channels. It requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in campaign management, digital advertising, and analytics.
- Translate briefs into comprehensive marketing plans with clear objectives and timelines.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including audience targeting, budgeting, scheduling, and tracking.
- Brief and coordinate with agencies/freelancers to ensure creative assets meet brand and platform specifications.
- Monitor campaign pacing and optimize for return on ad spend, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Run A/B tests across ads, creative, targeting, and messaging to improve performance.
- Maintain a testing backlog and document learnings to inform future campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting
Owning campaign analytics and reporting using data visualization tools, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
Ensuring accurate tracking through UTM standards and pixel integrations.
Monitoring funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC, LTV) and recommending data-driven actions.
Market & Competitor Insights
Conducting ongoing market and competitor research to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
B2B & B2C Marketing
Planning and executing LinkedIn campaigns, email nurture journeys, and referral programs.
Coordinating influencer content, paid social ads, and sponsorships to boost brand visibility.
Managing marketing lists in compliance with privacy and consent requirements.
Producing campaign assets to support sales initiatives and promotions.
Aligning with Sales on MQL criteria, lead handover processes, and conversion tracking.
