About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to join our growing team in Perth. You will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, including infrastructure and renewables, property development and redevelopment, and transactions and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a broader team of high-quality lawyers on large and complex deals
  • Conduct property due diligence and draft, review, negotiate, and finalise documents
  • Experience with sales, purchases, leases, easements, options, and licence agreements
  • Understanding of all types of land tenure
