
Administrative Support Specialist

The primary function of this position is to provide strategic support in the administration of essential services management, preventative maintenance programs, and facilities operations.
This role encompasses coordinating and supervising cleaning teams and external contractors to maintain high standards of building presentation. Additionally, the Coordinator assists with the administration of asset management procedures and contributes to various projects within the Facilities team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in Operations, Facilities or Building management with knowledge of safety regulations, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in contractor management and supervision.
- Ability to motivate and lead a small team, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of facilities-related systems, such as BMS, Access Control, or AIMS, and ability to utilize them effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial, along with high-level administrative and technical expertise to drive productivity and efficiency. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is also vital.
