What you'll be doing

We're seeking a Roaming Store Manager to assist in our stores in the North Shore and Northern Beaches of Sydney. You'll be a role model and true Freedom Ambassador to your team, mentoring them to achieve their KPIs and goals, which will elevate the store's performance.

Key responsibilities

  1. Maximise profitability by using your commercial acumen to increase sales, engagement, ATV, and strike rates.
  2. Inspire your team and customers with your product knowledge and passion for the Freedom brand.
  3. Create a positive work environment focused on teamwork and collaboration, supported by a high-performance culture.
  4. Identify areas of opportunity and recommend potential solutions.
  5. Manage the day-to-day operations of your store, including rostering, financial performance, onboarding new starters, and ad hoc training.
  6. Embed safety as part of your team's day-to-day, empowering them to proactively identify and mitigate risk.
