We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role

  • Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Train and support the housekeeping team in a positive and productive environment.
  • Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory to ensure all areas are adequately stocked.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions based on priorities and guest needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Important Information

  • This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
